Youth & Well-Being

Youth Empowerment and Emotional Well-Being

Supporting young people remains one of the core missions of iTeen Impact.

Many young individuals experience challenges such as bullying, social anxiety, isolation, low self-confidence, stage fright or difficulties communicating with others.

Through educational programs, mentorship, workshops and collaboration with qualified professionals, iTeen Impact develops initiatives designed to help participants strengthen their confidence, communication abilities and social skills.

Depending on the program, activities may include:

  • Social confidence and communication training
  • Public speaking and storytelling
  • Group interaction exercises
  • Creative expression
  • Acting and role-play activities
  • Recreational and collaborative exercises
  • Mentorship and personal development
  • Guidance related to emotional well-being

When appropriate, programs may be developed in collaboration with psychologists, educators, therapists or other professionals.

iTeen Impact does not aim to replace professional mental health care. Instead, its programs are designed to complement professional support by providing educational, creative and social environments where participants can practice skills, connect with others and explore new forms of expression.
